Coinciding with the International Day for Older Persons, the Applied College and Samtah University College (formerly) carried out an enriching and enjoyable event to highlight the important and vital role of the elderly, and their contributions to serve the nation and society. This is done by focusing on the objectives of the International Day for Older Persons, raising awareness of the needs and interests of the elderly, and praising the efforts of those in charge of the health and social sector to raise the level of services provided to this category, support them healthily and psychologically, and celebrate their achievements. A corner was also organized bearing the slogan "Old women are great in their giving" to appreciate the achievements of this group dear to our hearts. The program witnessed a distinguished attendance of the college students, which indicates their keenness and awareness of the importance of this day.
