• Co- Organizer for 2014 Workshop " Entrepreneurship for Scientists and Engineers in West Africa" 14-19 July, 2014 held at African Institute of Mathematical Sciences jointly organized by Institute of Physics, London, IEEE, & AIMS, Ghana.
• Organized the visit of the IEEE Global President and the Presidential delegate visit from USA to Ghana to build relationships with key stakeholders; explore opportunities for partnerships; and engage IEEE’s active professional core during 13-14 November, 2013
• During my leadership, IEEE Student Branches at various places in Ghana like University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa, Sikkim Manipal University College (Ghana) were established.
• Involved in department planning and operations, construction and implementation of university laws and policies.
• Facilitated and lectured undergraduate college students of Computer Engineering and Computer Science courses, and actively engaged with professional organizations such as IEEE, NSBE and Departmental Associations in the University.
• Developed and revitalized the Computer Engineering and Computer Science curriculum while taking into consideration the suggestions of the National Accreditation Board, Ghana and with the mentoring Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. 
• Helped in outreach programs, civic works and community development geared towards widening and enhancement of the general public’s and student’s interest in Computer Science and related subjects through NSBE and IEEE.
• Planned, evaluated, and revised curriculum and syllabi, course content, and other related course materials as well as methods of instruction.
• Offered Orientation and Training Programmes for new faculties in accessing various communication, application and use of the Campus Management System.
• Acted as an IT Manager to handle all concerns in systems, operations and maintenance of computing facilities connected to the communication network in the University during 2010-2011.
• Organised a National Conference on Data Mining and Data Warehousing with the sponsorship of CSIR, New Delhi.

• Streamlined the Office Administration and file maintenance in the department.
• Established a transparent and functioning system in the department for the faculty and students.
• Strengthened the curriculum of the UG Computer Science and Computer Engineering Programme at All Nations University College.
