Summary Research Scientist - Devices and Nano- Materials characterization Highly motivated and ambitious scientist, creative mind always interested in taking on the next challenging project or to develop and learn new skills. Experienced in both laboratory and office environments. Extensive knowledge of solar photovoltaics, semiconductor oxides, development of new supehydrophobic coating, nonmaterial characterization. Deep understanding of all materials science basic fundamentals. Excited working in environments ranging from research in labs to creative marketing of products. Comfortable working alone or in collaborative environments. Looking for a position mentally stimulating which utilizes my technical and analytic abilities as well as my communication skills while continuously improving them. Quick learner of new skills in order to meet any requirements necessary for the position.

Current Research Interests  Development of supehydrophobic and Icephobic Coating.  Surface modification by Ion Beam implantation and Plasma immersion ion Implantation.  PV measurements.  Silicon nanocrystal based photonics.  Nanofabrication of devices in the Clean Room.  Nanocalorimetry Design and Fabrication.

Technical skills  Very research-oriented; expertise in writing and assessing proposals; accurate in designing and conducting studies; good experience in performing, development and characterization.  Good laboratory experimental in development of new surface treatment, surface and thin film characterization ( XPS, XRD, SEM, AFM, TEM, Nanocalorimetry, RBS, Raman Spectroscopy, Reflectometry, Contact angles).  Very familiar with Micro/Nanofabrication in the Clean Room.( Photoresist Spin Coating, Photolithography, Sputtering, Electron Beam deposition and Wet/Dry etching (RIE).
