Supervising performance quality and ensuring the development of educational services

  • General Goal: Supervising departments and technical units to ensure the provision of an appropriate educational environment through efficient and high-quality facilities, equipment, and services.

  • Tasks:

  • Apply quality principles and standards to cover all educational service activities provided to university stakeholders.

  • Define the stages of implementing and evaluating the internal quality system in the administration and specify the requirements for meeting these standards.

  • Promote the concept of the quality system and spread its culture across the administration.

  • Control performance quality standards by conducting internal audits for departments and units, and set timelines for these audits.

  • Develop and improve policies and procedures for operations within the administration’s departments and units.

  • Build and enhance documentation and records related to quality system policies and procedures.

  • Monitor the initiatives of the administration’s strategic plan and ensure their completion within the specified time.

  • Support and assist the efforts of the Educational Services and Equipment Administration in improving, developing, and enhancing performance efficiency.

  • Submit monthly reports to the Administration Director.
