Enhancing communication and media support for the department
Tasks:
Introduce the role and mission of the Department of Services and Educational Facilities, and provide the university’s colleges and departments with information about its services and activities.
Plan and work on building a positive image of the Department of Services and Educational Facilities within the university.
Coordinate with the Media Communication Department to publish the department’s message.
Document all events and activities within the department such as meetings and workshops, and publish them on social media and the department’s website.
Arrange and organize the reception of the department’s guests and new employees, welcoming them and introducing them to the department, its sections, and its units.
Submit monthly reports to the Director of the department.
