On its official site, NASA has acknowledged the research conducted by Dr. Wafa Zakri, assistant professor at Physics Dept. on "Newborn stars".  In the  study conducted  at  Ritter Astrophysical Research Center, Department of Physics and Astronomy, University of Toledo, OH, USA, by a research group  which led by Dr. Wafa Zakri, assistant professor at Physics Dept., Jazan university, a major step forward in understanding stars’ formative years has been  presented. The study was published earlier this year in the Astrophysical Journal Letters to  give  astronomers a better understand how stars form and accumulate mass, and how these early bouts of mass consumption might affect the later formation of planets.
