ACADEMIC PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN

  • Design of Scalable Encryption Algorithm(SEA) for DATA SECURITY for small embedded applications using VHDL Based on Network Security and Cryptography

Description: Most present symmetric encryption algorithms working on data security result from a Tradeoff between implementation cost and resulting performances. In addition, they generally aim to be implemented efficiently on a large variety of platforms. In this project, we take an opposite approach and consider a context where we have very limited processing resources and throughput requirements. For this purpose, we propose low-cost encryption routines  targeted for processors with a limited instruction set. The proposed design is parametric in the text, key and processor size, provably secure against linear/differential cryptanalysis, allows efficient combination

of encryption/decryption and “on-the-fly” key derivation. Target applications for such routines include any context requiring low-cost encryption and/or authentication.Applications of the project includes, in wireless communication and mobile computing and networking systems; for the encryption of JPEG2000 images; in scalable video coding; in sensor networks and RFID’s. Each individual block is designed, implemented in VHDL simulated and synthesized. The complete functional unit is implemented, simulated in ALDEC VHDL 4.2 version and synthesized using SYNPLIFY 7.0 version.

  • Modelling of Floating Point Processor using VHDL

Description: The objective of floating point processor is to perform arithmetic operation on the binary represented floating point numbers. Arithmetic operations consist of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of mantissas with corresponding changes in their exponents. These blocks are then interconnected to form a single unit. Each individual block is designed, implemented in VHDL simulated and synthesized. The complete functional unit is implemented, simulated in ALDEC VHDL 4.2 version and synthesized using SYNPLIFY 7.0 version.

  • Online Student Portal

Online Student Portal system is a Web-based integrated online system, the system is designed to support students with course materials and they can find the assignment, quizzes, materials, and announcement and enter chat room to interact with other students and teachers .We will use ASP.net technology to build dynamic website that can be updated online and Microsoft SQL server for database as it known as power full technology to build database websites

  • Online Summer Training Management System (OSTMS)

One of the most common issues with summer training courses is that people who are interested in them never know if an organization or company or other is offering a training course. The website will help students to find the most popular course based on the votes of student who have attended the course, and students will be able to comment on and review courses, and make registration in specific summer course. Through our website trainee can print certificate for his attendance in the training course, and through our website we can evaluate and calculate the students marks. OSTMS uses asp.net as a primary language for interactive front end to build dynamic website that can be updated online, with back end SQL.

  • Web Claim System For Health Insurance

The Claim processing system is an automated insurance convenience for all phases of life. The foundation of the system begins from registration of the patient (Beneficiary) and upload  the reports files of health  examination and other confirmations , after that CPD  can  determine if the patient (Beneficiary) registration is enrolment or refusal. In Web Based Claims Processing System (WCPS), the patient (Beneficiary) can fill the claim form online and submit it so that the form is sent to Claim Processing Department through Internet .This system is improving the conveniences offered to the consumers by changing it into an automated and online system. To accomplish this system we  used Microsoft ASP.net technique with C# programming language and  with back end SQL.

  •  Employee Performance Evaluation System (EPES)

The project “Employee performance Evacuation System“ is to maximize the effectiveness of the employees  and university faculty members, Help the university administration and meet the goals and objectives. Assist in creating a workplace environment which promotes the dignity and job satisfaction of the individual. Our project proposes online web application for the evaluation  of employee performance and proposes that  the university administration has a quality assurance department to manage and control  the employee performance evaluation process ,the quality assurance department must announces and explains the main keys and standards of each evaluation stage. In this project , we have chosen The ASP.NET with C# programming language  and Microsoft SQL Server as database management system.
