The following research activities has allowed me to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of chromatography and spectroscopy, in particular the application of advanced NMR techniques (1D and 2D) for elucidation of complex natural product structures :

  1. Separation techniques using various adsorbent materials in different chromatographic methods such as column chromatography including vacuum, flash, open column; HPLC; TLC)
  2. Spectroscopy including 1D and 2D NMR,   MS, LC-MS, UV, and IR.
  3. Interpreting the obtained spectra for all classes of natural isolates to elucidate the chemical structure
