The Applied College in Samtah and the University College in Samtah (formerly), represented by the Student Counseling Unit, implemented an interactive and stimulating meeting with the college students entitled "Student Counseling and its Role in Enriching the Academic Experience". The meeting was moderated by Dr. Nisreen Nasr El-Din, in which she touched on the most prominent advising services provided by the unit and emphasized the importance of seeking the help of an academic advisor during the university career. It also reviewed a number of tips and best practices to achieve a distinguished academic experience. Then the introduction to the meeting also touched on the most prominent obstacles that may hinder the process of academic progress and tips to deal with and overcome them in order to reach a distinguished academic level. This meeting witnessed an interaction from the college students, who contributed to presenting some of their experiences and expertise.
