I am an associate professor of Applied Linguistics at the English department, Jazan University, Saudi Arabia. I have taught English language courses in Applied Linguistics, Linguistics, Sociolinguistics and Language Acquisition. I have written articles on different research topics with more focus on brining language real life practices into the EFL classroom. My main areas of interest include Task-based language teaching (TBLT), communicative language teaching (CLT), curriculum development and second language acquisition.
