Program Mission: To provide excellence in teaching, and research and to prepare students to be productive members of their accounting profession and society. Program Goals : 1) To create an environment that focuses on students as individuals and providing them with opportunities to develop professional accounting skills necessary for career development. 2) To improve the accounting program in order to support the labor market of the region in particular and of the Kingdom in general. 3) To ensure accounting program performance is in line with the international standards of education. 4) To encourage and support students and faculty of the accounting program to conduct research which involves innovation, and includes entrepreneurial ideas that would help to serve the community. 5) To create an academic system that reinforces the skills of critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making and promotes moral, ethical, and professional behavior.
