Vision of the Unit:
To build a system of electronic statistical models and measurement tools, as well as integrated information and reports, that support decision-making at the university level.
Tasks of the Statistical Studies and Reports Unit
- decision-making at all levels.
- Provide the digital platform with open-source statistics.
- Communicate with university units to provide the data needed to build reports and calculate performance indicators.
- Provide annual report templates on the digital platform.
- Track satisfaction measurement and the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, and analyze them through the beneficiaries' satisfaction system.
- Communicate with the owner and coordinators of performance indicators at the university and the unit for monitoring the implementation of the strategic plan to provide the data needed to build reports and calculate indicators.
- Analyze and process data issued by university entities in cooperation with the relevant entities.
- Continuous development of the statistical data warehouse and related technology.
- Issue statistical reports and annual reports at the university and unit level and submit them to the deanship (annual report of the university - quarterly report of the unit - harvest of the university, performance indicator reports, etc.)
- Monitor and track performance indicators and prepare the reports for them and submit them to the dean/vice dean of the development and quality deanship.
- Provide the Ministry of Education with the required statistics.
- Activate and automate statistical files and reports that support decision-making.
- Prepare a periodic report of all achievements.
- Coordinate with the coordinator and website manager of the deanship regarding the provision of the unit's files to the website and its automation and links in addition to periodic reports.
