Jazan University begins admission to Diploma programs of community service

Jazan University, represented by the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education, has started the process of online admission and registration to 17 programs and diplomas for the first semester of the academic year 1442 AH with a capacity of 5,000 seats.

The Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Hassan Ishaq, explained that the admission process began on Sunday and continues until Thursday, 23rd of Dhul-Hijjah. He mentioned the follow-up and support of His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, for the Deanship’s programs that aim to achieve the University’s community service role in qualifying young cadres and updating programs to be in harmony with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.  Also the objective is to increase the intake of those wishing to join the programs and diplomas of the Deanship, indicating that it has reached 5 thousand seats.

While the Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education, Dr. Ahmed Hantoul, explained that the applications will be received online via the University portal by clicking the deanship link. He stressed the importance of accurately entering data, and Dr. Hantoul stated that enrollment in the higher diploma programs for law requires the applicant to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Sharia disciplines or Law, rights or regulations, while enrollment with a higher diploma in the prevention of drug abuse and psychotropic substances requires that the applicant obtain a bachelor’s degree in the disciplines of sociology, social work, or psychology.
