Introduction to the Council
It is an advisory body composed of a number of elected college students according to a mechanism approved by the University's Vice-Chancellor for Educational Affairs, and aims to achieve effective student participation in the university decision to develop the educational and academic process.

Aspiring to the best student services through the participation of students in proposals for solutions to their problems, and contributing to the creation of a distinct environment that makes the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology a model of support for students in various fields at the University of Jazan.

The Student Advisory Council of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology seeks to involve outstanding student competencies in the decision-making process and assume responsibility and contribute to the development of the educational, academic and service process; To support the College's mission and achieve its strategic objectives.
The Council's objectives and functions
To identify and discuss the need and problems of the College's students with officials and relevant entities to improve the functioning of the College's academic process.
Introduction of development initiatives and proposals in plans, regulations and procedures.
Participation in decision-making related to students/college students.
Clarification of the picture of the students of the college on some actions that may miss out on their meaning.
Promotion of a culture of dialogue and respect for opinion and other opinion.
Promotion of the spirit of cooperation and culture of teamwork among students/students.
