Providing a pioneering academic and research environment in building leaders in nursing who are scientifically and socially influential in accordance with the goals and aspirations of the Kingdom’s vision 2030.

 

Mission

Seeking to provide a distinguished, high-quality academic and research environment that contributes to the preparation of innovative female graduates and pioneers in the field of nursing; to professionally participate in serving and developing scientific research within the local, regional and global community.

 

Tasks

1- Supervising the implementation of the college’s strategic plans for female students.
2- Managing the College’s educational, research, administrative, financial and cultural affairs for female students.
3- Coordination and development of the college’s relationships inside and outside the university regarding female students.
4- Supervising the provision of all the educational, research, administrative and financial requirements of the college for female students.
5- Preserving the college’s fixed and movable property.
6- Working on improving the mental image of the college.
7- Supervising the College’s planning and budget preparation.
8- Implementing and following up the decisions of the College Board.
9- Create on the work development of faculty members in the administrative and academic departments in the female section.
10- Coordinating and organizing the administrative and organizational relationship with the dean, agents and heads of departments of the college, each in his own field of professional competence, including its concerns on female students’ sections.
11- Preparing comprehensive periodic reports on the progress of the study of students and performance in the female student departments.
12- Follow up on updating the college’s website with regard to its agency and administrative units.
13- Executing the work assigned to her by the Dean of the College.
