About the Vice Deanship for Female Students

The Vice Deanship for Female Students at the College of Business is responsible for supporting and overseeing academic and administrative services for female students, ensuring the quality and regularity of the educational process, and enhancing the overall student experience in alignment with university regulations and the College's academic goals.

The Vice Deanship works in close partnership with academic departments and college units, and in continuous coordination with the relevant university deanships, to ensure integrated services, consistent academic implementation, and effective communication across all female student-related matters.

Student Support and Learning Environment

The Vice Deanship aims to provide a supportive and enabling learning environment for female students by monitoring academic progress, supporting academic advising, facilitating access to educational services, and addressing student needs and challenges in a timely and sustainable manner.

It also contributes to improving the effectiveness of learning inside and outside the classroom through follow-up on course delivery, attendance and regularity, academic support services, and coordination on facility and resource needs that support teaching and learning.

Continuous Improvement

The Vice Deanship promotes a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring key student-related indicators, collecting feedback, supporting solution-oriented interventions, and contributing to college-level initiatives that enhance student satisfaction, retention, performance, and readiness for the labor market.
