Data collection and archiving unit

It was formed by the decision of the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs No. 11429 dated 2/3/1439 AH. It is administratively linked to the assistance of the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, and is specialized in compiling databases and information related to the work of the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, in addition to compiling and classifying all recent statistics related to the various issues that occur. Within the jurisdiction of the University Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs.

Unit tasks:

1- Preparing a proposed work plan for the unit stemming from its tasks, and in line with the standards of quality assurance and accreditation for higher education institutions according to the latest NCAAA models.

2- Establishing a database for the University Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs that includes the following:

A- Names of the offered academic programs and places of submission.

B- Names of directors and coordinators of academic programs and ways to communicate with them.

C- Reports of academic programmes, courses and field experience, in both Arabic and English, according to the latest version of the NCAAA.

D- Description of academic programs, courses, and field experience, in both Arabic and English, according to the latest version of the NCAAA.

E- Annual reports of colleges and academic departments.

f- All approved evidence and draft evidence under procedure.

G- Manual of field experience.

3- Gathering the necessary data related to students and faculty members, and the necessary equipment and tools such as learning resources, laboratories, and so on.

4- Update the database periodically and develop any new data.

5- Archive all obtained reports, data, information and statistics.

6- Preparing tables and statistics according to the required formulas.

7- Preparing the annual report of the University Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs.

8- Cooperating with the relevant committees.

9- Everything that falls within the scope of the unit's work.

10- Submitting periodic reports on the work of the unit to the specialists.
