This section performs the following tasks:
1- Preparing the annual budget project.
2- Recording transfers of credits and costs on a credit platform.
3- Entering the annual budget into the system.
4- Entering annual reinforcements and transfers in accordance with budget decisions.
5- Recording annual accounting adjustments.
6- Follow up the spending status as expected from the budget and study the expected deficits and savings.
