The Department of Statistics and Information at the University Vice Presidency for Development and Entrepreneurship is the main artery of the university, from the perspective that it is the heart or an integrated information center about the university exclusively, for collection, analysis and cooperation. As information, data and statistical reports are among the most important sources and basic ingredients for development and it plays a major and effective role in assisting decision makers in making sound decisions and formulating policies.
In light of the university’s needs and its various units and programmes, it is a department that contains everything related to the university in terms of achievements, activities and events, while providing standards and indicators for the University’s performance, which it provides to everyone who needs it inside and outside the University.
Therefore, the importance of the Statistics and Information Department comes in the processing of data and information, its achievement and its output with accurate reports in quantitative, qualitative and graphic forms that help provide a clear picture of the university and contributes towards advancing the march of progress towards the ranks of international universities.
