About the Department

The Project Management Department is a department that manages, organizes and develops the university’s technical projects, programs and initiatives in accordance with the international standards adopted, develops the tools used, and develops the skills of project officials to serve the achievement of the university’s vision and mission.

 

Objectives of the project management department

The main objective of the Project Management Department is to manage the university's projects, programs and initiatives in accordance with the international standards adopted and to develop the tools used in the light of the university's vision and mission.

 

Tasks of the Project Management department

  • Establishing and developing a project management methodology according to the PMI methodology.
  • Develop policies, regulations, work mechanisms and models to be followed to accomplish the work.
  • Determining priorities for managing projects and activities in coordination with the senior management of the university using the best PPM (Project Portfolio Management) software.
  • Determining priorities for managing projects and activities according to spending efficiency requirements using the best PPM programs.
  • Preparing feasibility studies and return on investment from technical projects.
