Administration Tasks

- Technical supervision of the establishment of new laboratories and follow-up maintenance.
- Reviewing college orders and following up on supply work.
- Inventory of all laboratories and laboratory equipment in all departments, colleges and research centers.
- Redistribution of equipment among the various college laboratories as needed.
- Follow up the maintenance and operation of scientific and medical devices in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Technical supervision of the central warehouse for chemicals and glassware.
- Carrying out periodic field visits to inspect the facilities of the colleges.
- Preparing the annual order brochure in coordination with colleges, research centers, and the departments of procurement and warehouses.
- Supervising the establishment of computer laboratories and following up on their maintenance.
- Supervising classrooms and following up on their equipment.
- Requirements referred by authorized persons.
