General Supervisor's Office

Director of the Office of the General Supervisor and reports to His Excellency the General Supervisor

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Supervising the work of the office, monitoring its employees, distributing work among them according to specialization, supervising performance in accordance with the work procedures manual, and ensuring that the office is ready to work and meet its needs.
  • Receiving the incoming transactions for the supervisor's office, arranging them and presenting them to the general supervisor.
  • Distribute circulars according to specialization and inform the supervisor.
  • Keep a copy of correspondence and transactions of special importance.
  • Preparing communications for the supervisor's office.
  • Supervising the copying, photocopying and printing works of the Office of the General Supervisor.
  • Follow up the completion of transactions with assistants and other departments in the administration as directed.
  • Follow-up decisions assigned to administrative tasks and work to issue them in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate the achievement of the office's employees and make the necessary recommendations in this regard.
  • Issuing a weekly report on the completion of transactions and tasks delegated to the various assistants and departments.
  • Develop and implement a distinguished filing system for all transactions related to the Office of the General Supervisor.
  • Supervising the implementation of total quality systems in the supervisor's office.
  • Receiving complaints from employees and patients and presenting them to the general supervisor or his representative in the event of his absence and following up on not delaying a decision on them.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to him within his competence
