  1. Communicate with health colleges through the college’s vice deans for clinical affairs, or whoever is authorized in this regard, and other agencies in which health practitioners work.
  2. Making a comprehensive file for all practitioners coming from colleges.
  3. Coordination with the college from the time the health practitioner arrives to work in the university hospital from receiving the file and directing it to the concerned department and following it up until the start work and supervising his actual practice in the department and including it in the agenda in coordination with the department and then submitting it to the college.
  4. Supervising the completion of procedures, following up on determining the sabbatical period issued by the college or entity, signing the pledge issued by the General Administration of Medical Services, operating the university hospital, and following up on compliance with that.
  5. Submit periodic reports to the Permanent Coordinating Committee between the university hospital and health colleges on the work of health practitioners in clinics and the medical support services provided in this regard.
  6. Do all that is referred to the office by the permanent coordinating committee between the university hospital and health colleges.
  7. Coordination with the heads of departments to send the scheduling that includes the work of health practitioners in the department in order to facilitate their follow-up.
  8. Follow up the validity of the professional classification for health practitioners and not enable any practitioner who does not have a valid professional classification.
  9. Supervising the progress of their work in the departments and sending periodic reports to their colleges in the same regard.
  10. Dealing with all comments received regarding health practitioners.
  11. Inventory of work-related problems and difficulties facing health practitioners and discuss them with colleges and relevant authorities.

Requirements for opening a file for health practitioners

  1. Fill out the sabbatical form and approve it by the entity.
  2. Fill out the pledge form.
  3. Bring the following documents with the previous forms in paragraph 1,2
  4. a. A copy of the identity.

NS. A copy of the university card.

NS. A copy of a valid professional practice record.
