Quality and development in electronic systems are the most important priorities for information technology in the Deanship of Academic Development, and its responsibilities are to set standards for quality control and to ensure an excellent degree of quality of reports to achieve the goals, vision and mission of the Deanship and to assist in decision-making by setting a series of objectives.   • Analyzing and developing new systems according to the needs of the Deanship in the field of Quality
  • Designing statistical reports at the level of colleges and deanships and the university administration contributing to decision-making (EQMS, SPMIS, Booking Courses (BC)).
  • Following up on the feedback from users of the Deanship’s systems and working to improve its outcomes
  • Spreading the culture of evaluation and accreditation within the Deanship and the university’s employees in general through the Deanship’s website

Electronic Quality System EQMS

It is an electronic system based on ASPX technology that works on issuing a SQL-Server database with the aim of collecting all the inputs from the university branches and issuing reports indicating the university’s readiness for institutional accreditation. In addition to the readiness of the programs to obtain accreditation through reports issued by the system. The structure of this system depends on the standards of the National Commission for Academic Accreditation, as well as according to the requirements of the branches, and this is evidence of the existence of a quality management system in colleges and university

 

System of Implementation Plan Follow-up SPMIS
