A delegation from Jazan University College of Dentistry participates in the 3rd  World Conference of Dentistry

 A delegation of students from the College of Dentistry recently participated in the 3rd World Conference of Dentistry, organised at King Abdulaziz University. Through academic involvement, Jazan University aims to encourage a generation of researchers by contributing to the development of students’ skills, and strengthening their expertise in the field of dentistry in order to achieve scientific excellence.

The students explained that this conference coincides with the celebration of the Dentistry College of twenty-five years of existence. The College organized this great scientific gathering which attracted more than 20 internationally acclaimed speakers from within and outside of the Kingdom. The organizing committee accepted more than 150 research papers in the latest developments in the field of dentistry and oral surgery. The event also included many scientific posters and six workshops for a number of international speakers.

The delegation to the conference expressed their sincere gratitude to Professor Mohamed bin Ali Al-Hyaz’e, Jazan University President, to Dr Faissal Tubaiqi, Dean of Dentistry, and to Dr Mohamed Hamoud Habibi, Dean of Students Affairs, for their support in making such events a success.
