College of Education runs a guidance program on crises management

Jazan University, represented by College of Education and in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, carries out a guidance program for students on managing a crisis. It will take place during 22-24 Jumada I, 1433 H, at Abi-Bakr Al'attas Hall in Abu A'reesh.

Dr Mohamed Bin Hassan Abu Rasain, Dean and Chairperson of the Program Team, said that the program aims to spread awareness on the notion of crises and the importance of knowing how to deal with them; it also aims to introduce the subsequent effects on the individual and the community, as well as introducing the concept of the Islamic approach in dealing with such trials.

The program presents the exerted efforts by the Ministry of Higher Education to improve the guidance programs for Saudi students in order to shape their identities and providing them with the required set of skills, attitudes, values, and critical thinking.
