International delegates can arrive to King Abdullah Regional Airport in Jazan (Gizan) - transit through King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah or King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. Information desk will be available at King Abdulla International Airport in Jeddah (from 5-9 April, 2010)  Saudi Arabia requires entry visa to be issued at Saudi Embassies throughout the world. International participants  will be asked to send their Visa requirements to the conference organizers for Visa processing.

Reservation will be made by the organizing committee for the keynote speakers and invited guests.

However, Other participants are kindly requested to contact the available hotels in Jazan for room reservation and preferences.
