Dean 's Message

In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most merciful

And prayer and blessings be upon the Prophet Mohammad, on His Progeny and all of his Companions

The Deanship of Students' Affairs is considered one of the most important Deanships in Jazan University, since it has a direct link with the students (males & females),the students representing that the base, or corner-stone to the university; and it was for the welfare and promotion of the student ,that the university was founded. In fact it is from the association with the students that the significance of this Deanship props up.

To deal with Students’ Affairs is not an easy job. There are heavy duties on the part of the Deanship to be carried out. Responsibilities overlap and mushroom, Deanship is responsible for offering services to all students of the university providing the students with a suitable lodging, healthy and nutritious diets.

It provides them with books through book -selling centers inside the university, permits them to make photocopies with cheaply .

The deanship takes the responsibility of the following:

1. Academic guidance
2. Assistance for the most needy
3. Payment of bursaries
4. Lending money to students who want to borrow money from the student fund in accordance with the regulations followed,

The Deanship is very keen on taking utmost care of all students (males and females). To accomplish this care, the Deanship plans to make some feasible attractive programs .

The Deanship is aware of the responsibilities lying ahead. It is well aware that its targeted aim is to serve the students and give them due care. In this respect, the Deanship will exert further efforts to achieve this goal, and to please the students, despite the fact that there are considerable discrepancies and loopholes yet to be checked through aware of our shortcomings, yet we hope to succeed since we are still at the beginning. We are optimistic, again, since we have adequate human resources and good amount of material resources, which could help us to promote the standard of our welfare services so that students could have reached the level of good health, happiness and satisfaction.

This is our final goal we seek the Almighty's help and guidance in the pursuance of our goals Ameen ! .
