Jazan University

The College of Sciences started its mission right  since the inauguration of Jazan University in 1426 H. embracing two departments  at the beginning: Physics and Mathematics, harbinger to more other colleges.

The number of students registered  initially was one hundred (100),which was passage of time, four specialized  departments evolved, from without, the four departments offering B.Sc  degrees to its graduates. Indeed, the number of students has multiplied. More than six hundred students (600) are now taking  their respective   courses in the College, with the number of teaching staff members having  gone up to (80).

Hopefully, the number of students will grow in accordance  with expansion of the College.
