Jazan University
The Faculty of Health Sciences for Girls in Jazan is part of the Jazan University. Initially, it began as the Girls' Health Institute, which offered its graduates a diploma in health sciences before it was turned into a faculty in 1426-27, granting a diploma in nursing. The faculty was established to meet the community's need for qualified healthcare providers who can provide high quality prevention medicine and tratment services and can keep pace with the rapid scientific and technical developments in the medical fields and healthcare industry. The faculty grants its diploma after three years of study and a six-month internship.
